“I can stay with experience without correcting it”

Lesson Promise

You begin to stay with internal experience without immediately trying to change it.

Ari & Vale — Applied Example

Ari notices discomfort and immediately tries to analyze and correct it. In this lesson, Ari practices observing without solving right away.

Vale reacts quickly to fix situations externally. In this lesson, Vale allows the feeling before acting.

Both are learning: not everything needs immediate correction.

Main Exercise

Today, choose one moment of discomfort.

Instead of fixing it:

  • notice it
  • name it quietly
  • let it exist briefly

Just:
“I’m letting this be here for a moment.”

Reflection

  • When did I feel the urge to fix something?
  • Was I able to let it exist briefly?
  • What happened when I didn’t interfere immediately?

Micro Readiness Check

  • I noticed at least one fixing impulse
  • I allowed the experience briefly without correcting it
  • I did not suppress or avoid the experience

If yes (even partially), continue.
If not, repeat this lesson once more.

Next Step

Continue when you feel ready.
