Getting Started
Where do I start?
Start at Orientation, then go to your Dashboard.
Do I need to finish lessons in order?
Recommended: Yes (order supports learning). But you can revisit lessons anytime.
How do I download workbooks / journals?
Open the lesson page and look for the “Workbook” or “Download” button. If a download doesn’t start, try a different browser or disable pop-up blockers.
Access & Login
I can’t access my course — what do I do?
First, confirm you’re using the same email you purchased with. Then try logging out and back in. If it still fails, email support with your purchase email.
Can I share my login?
No — access is for one student only. If you need additional seats, contact support.
My page looks “old” or different on mobile.
That’s usually browser cache. Try: close the tab → reopen → refresh. If needed, clear browser cache for the site.
Payments ⌄-
How do I pay?
You can pay via the checkout page using the available payment methods shown there. After successful payment, access is granted automatically.
My payment didn’t go through — what should I try?
Try a different card or browser, and confirm your billing address matches your card records. If it still fails, email support and we’ll help.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes — you should receive a confirmation email after purchase. Check your spam/junk folder too.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?

How do I request a refund?
Email matturna.academy@gmail.com with: your purchase email, product/course name, and the reason for your request.
How long do refunds take?
Most refunds process within a few business days, depending on your payment provider/bank.
Tech Troubleshooting
Video/audio won’t play.
Try Wi-Fi, refresh the page, and test in Chrome or Safari. If using a workplace network, it may block media streaming.
Downloads won’t open on my phone.
On mobile, PDF downloads often open in your browser or “Files” app. If it fails, try downloading on desktop or switching browsers.
I found a broken link.
