By purchasing a Matturna Academy program, course, or product, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount indicated at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.
Payments are typically processed through secure third-party platforms. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
2. Access to Digital Programs
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to the program or course as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. Access details (such as login credentials or links) will generally be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
3. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise clearly stated on a specific sales page, all digital program sales are considered non-refundable due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of the content.
If a particular program offers a satisfaction guarantee or refund window, the terms will be:
- Clearly listed on that program’s sales page, and
- Honored according to the conditions and timeframe described there.
If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact us so we can review your situation.
4. Installments and Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access to the program until the account is brought current.
5. Currency and Taxes
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, may be added based on your location and current regulations.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to:
- Block future purchases or access to programs.
- Share relevant documentation with the payment provider to dispute the chargeback.
7. Changes to Offerings and Pricing
We may update our offerings, pricing, or payment terms at any time for future enrollments. These changes do not affect previous purchases made under earlier terms.
