Student Code of Ethics

1. Responsibility for Personal Growth

Students acknowledge they are active participants in their learning journey. Progress requires honesty, accountability, and willingness to apply the tools offered throughout the course.

• Commit to showing up with openness and curiosity.
• Engage with lessons, exercises, and journals sincerely.
• Take responsibility for personal integration, transformation and practice.

2. Respect for the Learning Environment

Matturna Academy is a safe and supportive space. Students agree to maintain a respectful atmosphere for themselves, fellow students, and faculty — human and AI study-assistants.

• Honor confidentiality and protect the privacy of others.
• Engage respectfully in discussions and group spaces.
• Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.

3. Academic Integrity

Students agree to complete all assignments, practices, and certification exams with honesty and integrity. AI support tools such as Solen may be used for learning — but not for cheating or bypassing understanding.

• Do not submit false information or misrepresent personal progress.
• Do not request unauthorized help during exams.
• Use Solen and academy tools as learning partners, not shortcuts.

4. Ethical Communication & Conduct

Students agree to maintain high standards of professionalism in all academy interactions, including written assignments, coaching conversations, and communication with faculty.

• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and with integrity.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or harmful language.
• Honor boundaries and act with emotional responsibility.

5. Protecting Personal & Academy Data

Students agree to handle all course materials, discussions, and digital tools with care and privacy.

• Do not share or distribute academy content without permission.
• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Respect all policies inside Matturna’s Data Protection Statement.

6. Commitment to Growth & Integrity

Matturna Academy students understand that transformation is a personal responsibility. They agree to uphold honesty, humility, and consistent effort while honoring their own pace and capacity.
