1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Matturna Academy website, student portal, courses, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional guidelines or policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
2. Educational Purpose Only
Matturna Academy provides educational and personal development content. Nothing in the courses, coaching, audio, video, written material, live sessions, or AI-supported guidance is medical, psychological, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enroll in Matturna programs or use the student portal. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Personal Responsibility
You understand that transformation work can be emotionally activating. You agree to take full responsibility for your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing while engaging with the material. You agree to seek professional medical, psychological, or legal support when appropriate.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All course content, including but not limited to videos, audio tracks, workbooks, scripts, handouts, diagrams, frameworks, AI teaching prompts, and written materials are owned by Matturna Academy and/or its licensors.
5.2 Limited License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not share, distribute, resell, re-teach, or republish the material without prior written permission.
6. No Guarantees of Outcomes
While Matturna Academy provides tools, frameworks, and practices to support transformation, we do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or timelines. Your progress depends on many factors, including your commitment, health, circumstances, and environment.
7. Use of AI Support (Sage & Solen)
The Academy may incorporate AI-based guidance, including “Professor Sage” and “Solen” as digital faculty. These tools are educational and reflective in nature and are not a substitute for professional advice or human clinical care.
- AI support may help explain concepts and suggest reflective prompts.
- AI tools do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical or psychological conditions.
- You agree not to rely on AI responses for emergencies or critical decisions.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or disrespect other students or faculty.
- Share your login with others or allow unauthorized access.
- Upload or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform.
9. Payments, Access, and Refunds
Access to certain programs may require payment. Payment terms, access duration, and any refund policy (if applicable) will be listed on the sales page at the time of purchase. In all cases, you agree to review those terms before enrolling.
10. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the content, or engage in behavior that is harmful or disruptive to the community.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matturna Academy, its founder, and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to decisions you make, actions you take, or outcomes you experience.
